Nagarjuna-Nani’s multi-starrer ‘Deva Das’ has been making quite a decent buzz for quite some time now. The movie had finally hit the screens and let’s see whether the movie can really live up to the expectations or not.

Story:

Deva (Nagarjuna) is a noted don in the city who gets along with Das (Nani), a doctor by profession under some unavoidable conditions. Two people with contrasting characters become best friends in the process. What circumstances led to the coming together of these two contrasting characters forms the film’s core plot.

Analysis:

The movie starts off with a boring note as the 15 minutes of the movie tests your patience. The real fun and entertainment begin with the entry of Nagarjuna. Though there’s nothing much to say about the story, the main USP of the movie is a comedy which works in bits.

Verdict:

On the whole, ‘Deva Das’ is an average movie with a limited dose of comedy and some boring scenes in the second half. It’s an okay watch.
